Susan + Jeff, a Heartfelt Los Poblanos Wedding
Even thought spring is certainly on the way, we spent a chilly March day with soulmates Susan and Jeff for one of the sweetest little weddings around. This intimate Los Poblanos day was filled with loved ones, joy, and beauty.
Even though they’re head over heels for each other now, Jeff and Susan met all the way back in 2003 and remained just friends for about 15 years. Initially connecting through work, Susan and Jeff became the best coworkers anyone could ask for and eventually became best friends even as their careers took different paths. In 2019, Jeff took a chance and invited Susan to celebrate his birthday on the Bourbon Trail in Kentucky and Susan agreed. After being unable to deny their feelings for each other, these hunnies officially took a dive into love in March 2020. In 2022, Jeff proposed at Ventura Memorial Park in California, over a decade after they had first met.
Jeff and Susan wanted their wedding to have an intimate, yet elegant feeling and they just knew that Los Poblanos would be the most stunning backdrop for their nuptials. This little gem of a farm gave these lovers the unassuming, but totally enchanting feeling that they wanted their wedding weekend to encompass for their guests. From their dreamy first look to their emotional ceremony to their candlelit reception, Susan and Jeff made their celebration truly unforgettable.
