Adelynn + Assad, a Heavenly Spring Engagement
Sweethearts Assad and Adelynn spent the most lovely spring evening with us at their old alma mater, The University of New Mexico (UNM), and it was truly one of the most divine sessions we’ve ever laid eyes on. These lovers set the bar sky high for romance and joy with this pristine little engagement.
Long before they decided to seal the deal, Adelynn and Assad were just two college kids who, through a budding friendship that would eventually turn into something much more, spent much of their time as undergrads studying together at UNM’s famed Zimmerman library, strolling around campus, and eating at all of the local college hot spots in 2016. After two whole years of living in the friend-zone, these two had a moment of truth when Adelynn was about to set off for her study abroad in France: they realized that they were always going to be way more than just friends. When Adelynn returned home, her and Assad let their love for one another grow and have been inseparable ever since. In early 2023, Assad surprised Adelynn by proposing at White Sands National Park and Adelynn, of course, said yes.
These angels made their love official this April with a colorful weekend-long celebration including a stunning Shaadi and Nikkah. We can’t wait to share all of their dreamy wedding moments, but we already know that we’ll always be beyond obsessed with their unreal engagement session!
