Brooke + Nik, an Elegant Hyatt Tamaya Wedding
On the dreamiest spring afternoon, sweethearts Nik and Brooke tied the knot with the most elegantly modern fairytale of all. These angels pulled out all the stops for what was truly one of the most incredible days to witness.
These lovers first met all the way back in 2015 at The University of New Mexico. While crossing paths at the duck pond, Brooke caught Nik’s eye and he immediately chased her down to to ask for a date. Since then, these cuties have been inseparable, even though pharmacy school, a long distance love, and getting their sweet pups together. In 2020, Nik took Brooke back to UNM and proposed to her in the very same spot that they initially met five years prior.
While planning their stunning day, Brooke and Nik knew that they wanted to perfect blend of outdoor views and stunning greenery, so naturally Hyatt Tamaya became their number one choice (just peep those iconic views of the Sandia Moutains). Alongside the Corazon Events team and their unreal vendor line-up, Nik and Brooke brought their daydream to life. From Brooke’s elegant, yet chic bridal look by Eva Lendel to the overwhelmingly gorgeous florals by Silver Stem Florals to the surprise carriage ride, this May celebration took desert weddings to a whole new level. And if their array of beautiful details wasn’t enough Brooke and Nik roamed around the wilderness with us before kicking off their reception with the sweet first dance to Luke Combs’ “Better Together”.
We adored seeing these sweethearts become newlyweds in the most spectacualr, emotional, and romantic of ways. This sweet day will always have the biggest hold on our hearts, cheers to forever babes!
