Gwen + Elijah, a Dazzling Santa Fe Wedding
On the most quaint day in the fall, babes Elijah and Gwen were wed in the middle of downtown Santa Fe with all of their most cherished loved ones in attendance. This Southwestern day brought so much jy and excitement to The City Different, we don’t think it could ever be forgotten.
These hunnies first met many moons ago while they were both undergrad students and Divison 3 Student Athletes in rural Iowa. After connecting over their shared loves for rock climbing, cammping, hiking, and running, Gwen and Elijah began to develop a truly unbreakable, yet charming bond filled with love and mutual respect. When Gwen was accepted into medical school at The University of New Mexico, these lovers moved to her home state for the next great adventure. Soon after adopting their sweet blue heeler pup, Cleo, Elijah decided to make their family even more official with a beach proposal in his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida to which Gwen said yes!
These babes knew that incorporating the beauty of the Southwest alongside their love would be a pinnacle for their wedding so no other location would do except for the ever-historic La Fonda on the Plaza. Thus, the most dreamy September day saw Gwen and Elijah finally tie the knot amid colorful florals, a bluegrass band, a homemade wedding cake, and an epic all night dance party.
If their wedding was this freaking stellar, we already know that the future looks so dang good for Elijah and Gwen. We cant’ wait to see where life takes them!
