Lorena + Derrick, a Magical Florence Wedding at Villa Di Maiano
Angel lovers Lorena and Derrick took their love to new heights with an absolutely iconic wedding all the way in Florence, Italy. This international affair was a celebration that set the bar sky high and made us fall in love a thousand times over.
Despite having the dreamiest little life in Corrales, New Mexico, Derrick and Lorena knew that they wanted their wedding to involve being completely immersed in a completely different country and that Italy had the potential to make all of their dreams come into fruition. In late May, these hunnies journeyed to Florence for a truly life-changing week.
From their intentional, intimate guest list to the rainbow-flocked ceremony florals to endlessly divine romantics, Derrick and Lorena created a day that not even our dizziest daydreams could conjure up. Every last aspect of these newlyweds’ nuptials had a cinematic touch to it, especially getting caught up in the rain on the streets of Florence while in search of the perfect aperol spritz. And to top it all off, these hunnies finished off the day with candlelit greenhouse reception dinner overlooking the most enchanting Italian garden.
We may never fully recover from this international love story or the way that these babes GLOWED in Italy. Cheers to the Bakers, we’re so dang obsessed with Lorena and Derrick!
