Nathan + Cathryn, a Breathtaking Stakeout Taos Wedding

From the very beginning we just knew that Nathan and Cathryn’s stunning Taos wedding would be an incredibly special day. These lovers brought so much joy and love to their beautiful day up north, we’re truly and utterly obsessed with it all.

These cuties first met a few years ago and even though Nathan was living an hour away in Santa Fe, the distance couldn’t keep them apart. After their first date in Albuquerque, Nathan and Cathryn became inseparable and soon after hit so many amazing milestones together including running a marathon, moving in together, and (of course) surviving the quarantine craziness of 2020. These angels love exploring all of New Mexico’s stunning deserts and mountains together along with Cathryn’s sweet daughter, Taylor.

When Nathan and Cathryn told us that they were making it last name official at The Stakeout Taos, aka the most iconic little spot, we were so dang stoked. These two brought beauty and simplicity to their day, from the most stellar florals by Mini Falls Farm, to the dreamiest views of the wilds of Taos, to the most heartfelt ceremony around. Our sweet bride Cathryn brought some truly unreal bridal details to this day with an elegant, yet modern Justin Alexander gown and beyond gorgeous glam by our queen Genica Lee. And to top it off, Nathan’s restaurant, Paloma Santa Fe, where he works as a chef/partner, catered the entire wedding and created the most beautiful cake for this special day!

Andrew + Natalie, a Camp Lucy Wedding

Even though Andrew and Natalie only recently said “I do” this spring, their journey together over the past few years has been nothing short of incredibly sweet and inspiring.

Long before these Texas hunnies made it last name official, they met through two mutual friends in Albuquerque. Natalie and Andrew first hit it off during a casual dinner with their friends Austin and Taylor (aka two of the best matchmakers around), but even though Natalie thought Andrew was handsome, she initially turned him down for a follow up date. However, Andrew’s persistence paid off when he asked Natalie out a second time and she said yes. They grabbed beers together, exchanged life stories, and realized that they had a special connection.

About four years later while living in Texas, Andrew knew that he wanted to propose, but the universe had other plans. In early 2019, Andrew was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and had to put off his initial proposal. After a successful fight, Andrew recovered fully and made plans to propose to Natalie on New Year’s Eve in Austin. However, once again, the universe intervened, but this time Natalie was sick that evening so Andrew once again pushed back his plans. Finally, in January of 2020, Andrew proposed in the gorgeous Texas Hill Country house he and Natalie were building for their next chapter together.

After 2020 threw even more curveballs, these sweethearts were finally able to do the dang thing in pretty little Dripping Springs, TX on the most gorgeous April day. From the most delicate bridal details to lush, springtime florals, to dreamy reception details (just peep that champagne trolley AND stunning neon signage) to spending so much time in that divine golden hour light for romantics, Andrew and Natalie made sure their day was beyond perfect and utterly enchanting. We adored every last second of this unreal Texas Hill Country day with these soulmates and were so honored to be a tiny part of their remarkable journey together.

Cheers to finding a love that endures all obstacles and to embracing every single step of life, we you love so much Mr. + Mrs. Hisey!!!!

Jon + Paige, a Colorful Los Poblanos Wedding

Last November we were so beyond thrilled to head back to our favorite Albuquerque gem, Los Poblanos, for an intimate blush-toned wedding with sweet lovers Jon and Paige. Every second of this sweet day was precious and downright magical!

Long before their wedding, Paige let us know that her and Jon wanted a day that would focus less on all of the usual wedding day details and more on their family and close friends from all over the country. For her, the most important part of the day to capture was all of their loved ones celebrating together for the first time which is one of our favorite things to hear from brides!

Even though details weren’t the focus of this incredibly special day, Paige still managed to awe us with her gorgeous, off-the-shoulder, blush wedding gown and absolutely killer, bright florals from our gal pals over at Viva Flora. And, per usual, our girl Genica Lee made sure that this stunning bride looked absolutely angelic on the first day of being a Mrs.

Jon and Paige, you two were an absolute treat to capture, we’re sooo grateful to be a small part of your new beginning! Cheers to you lovely babes!

Tyler + Meredith, a Four Seasons Santa Fe Wedding

This past August we were so very thrilled to celebrate Tyler and Meredith’s sweet little Santa Fe soirée at Four Seasons Resort and Encantado!

These Colorado babes met five years ago through mutual friends in college and since then have shared a mutual love for road trips, fishing, Jimmy Buffet concerts, and (of course) sending each other pictures of dogs (making them official relationship goals). Meredith adores Tyler’s kind heart, goofiness, smarts, and easy going nature while Tyler loves how bubbly Meredith can be as well as her compassion and generosity.

Knowing that Santa Fe is one of Meredith’s favorite Southwestern cities, Tyler proposed to her in the middle of the historic Santa Fe Plaza under shimmering Christmas lights! We loved their modern, desert inspired day so incredibly much and adore these two even more!!

Walker + Addie, a La Posada de Santa Fe Wedding

In June, we were beyond excited to capture Walker and Addie’s gorgeous, refined, yet wildly romantic wedding at one of our all time favorite locations, La Posada de Santa Fe. These Texas babes met by chance when Walker was first introduced to Addie’s father, Kevin through business connections and who low-key played match maker for his daughter by inviting Walker to Addie’s mother’s gym. It was only a matter of time before sparks flew between these two lovers and they achieved ultimate couple goals with their first unofficial date by meeting up for a casual walk with their dogs Quinn (Addie’s fur baby) and Clooney (Walker’s furry bff).  Soon after, they had their first official date, dinner and a surprise dance lesson,  and the rest is history.

Walker and Addie’s summer wedding was nothing short of an absolutely divine, natural, sage vision. From the amazing white rose adorned floral arch created by Renegade Floral, to Addie’s dreamy Pronovia’s gown paired with delicate lace up Francesco Russo heels, to including Quinn and Clooney in their special day, we had major heart eyes over these sweethearts. We adore you two so much!

Congrats to the Dillies on an unforgettable wedding and on expecting a little one early next year!
